AGREEMENT ON PARTICIPATION IN A TOURIST EVENT
GREECE 2026

Parties

1. Organizer: RALLY TRAVEL sp. z o.o., ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego 85, 41-940 Piekary Śląskie, Poland, NIP: 4980279762, KRS: 0001184730, REGON: 542268361, e-mail: office@rally.travel, entry in the Register of Tourism Organizers: 1898; insolvency guarantee/insurance: UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. under number: 3451639136.

2. Participant or participants: The person or persons indicated in the purchase form, making the purchase and accepting this agreement.

3. Due to the fact that the Agreement concerns services related to leisure/recreation provided on a specified day or period, the Agreement concluded at a distance (online) is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in certain consumer contracts. This provision does not limit the Participant's other rights under the Act on Tourist Events.

§1. Subject of the Agreement and nature of the event

1. The subject of the Agreement is the Participant's participation in an adventure motor-tourism expedition of a self-drive/off-road nature (extreme sports) in the territory of Greece, under the name “Greece 2026” (“Event”).

2. The Event takes place in the period: 5-12.09.2026, with off-road driving days falling in particular on 6-11.09.2026.

3. The start and finish of the Event are located in the Olympic Riviera Area (Greece).

4. The Event includes, among others, the Olympic Riviera, Metsovo, Lefkada, Kalambaka / Meteora, Platamonas, the area around Mount Olympus, and other locations in accordance with the current program. Overnight stays will take place in these regions/locations.

5. The locations where overnight stays will take place may change, which may be обусловed by the need to modify the route. The Organizer will inform the Participant of any change.

7. The program may be changed on the terms set out in §9.

8. The Event includes driving over varied terrain, in particular: mountains, dirt roads, gravel roads, forest roads, local access roads, off-road sections, rocky fragments, ruts, mud, local crossings, including in changing, at times difficult terrain and weather, climatic conditions.

9. The Participant drives the vehicle independently, according to their own decision, at their own risk and responsibility; the guide/caretaker does not exercise ongoing or any other supervision over driving technique and does not provide driving instruction; the Organizer, however, provides organizational coordination of the Event in accordance with §2.

10. The Participant acknowledges and fully accepts that due to the off-road nature of the Event, there is a high risk of damage, scratching, or even total destruction of the vehicle and equipment belonging to the Participant. The Participant assumes full and exclusive responsibility for the technical condition of their equipment and the manner and style of driving. The Organizer shall not be liable for any material damage to the vehicle or property of the Participant arising during the route, including damage resulting from difficult terrain conditions, natural obstacles, or force majeure events.

11. The expedition is intended exclusively for persons with off-road driving experience. By concluding this agreement, the participant or participants declare that they have such experience.

12. The Participant knowingly accepts all risks associated with the Event, including the risk of injury, permanent disability, or even death.

13. The Participant independently makes decisions regarding the manner of traversing the route, the choice of driving pace, and the assessment of the passability of individual sections.

14. The expedition route, maps and GPX tracks are prepared on the basis of available topographic, cartographic, satellite and local terrain information and may contain inaccuracies, temporarily impassable sections, or places difficult or risky to traverse or requiring a detour.

15. The Participant acknowledges that the legal status of roads and areas may change at any time without notice from the Organizer.

16. The GPX file is for assistance purposes only. The Participant is obliged to verify signage in the field each time and comply with entry prohibitions.

17. The Organizer is not responsible for errors in the operation of GPS devices, navigation applications, signal loss, incorrect device indications, or technical problems with the Participant's equipment.

18. The Organizer shall not be liable for fines and penalties imposed on the Participant as a result of violating local traffic or nature protection regulations.

19. The Organizer shall not be liable for damage caused by other participants of the Event, third parties, or other users of roads or areas.

20. The provisions of this Agreement concerning risk, the Participant's liability and the Organizer's exclusions of liability refer in particular to risks arising from independently driving the vehicle, the nature of off-road activity, the technical condition of the Participant's vehicle, decisions made by the Participant while driving, and the actions of third parties. They do not exclude the Organizer's liability for proper performance of the tourist services covered by the Agreement to the extent required by mandatory provisions of law.

§2. Services included in the price:

1. The price of the Event includes:

A. logistical organization of the Event and coordination support throughout the entire route;

B. preparation of GPX tracks and navigation briefing before the start of stages;

C. transport of luggage and/or parts between overnight locations in accordance with the program;

D. local transfers in accordance with the program;

E. transport of machines (UTV/SSV/Quad/Moto):Poland-Greece-Poland;

F. flight Poland – Greece (Thessaloniki) – Poland;

G. 6 days of off-road driving in Greece;

H. overnight stays with breakfasts according to the program in 3-5* hotels or guesthouses;

I. accommodation in 2-person rooms;

J. organizational support and coordination of the expedition throughout the entire route, including organizer supervision and communication support along the route;

K. basic travel insurance KL and NNW;

L. TFG contribution (Tourist Guarantee Fund);

M. TFP contribution (Tourist Assistance Fund);

N. Rally Travel starter pack, including, among others, a personalized sweatshirt, neck gaiter, expedition stickers.

2. The price includes only the services expressly indicated in this paragraph. Any other services, including additional or optional services, remain outside the price of the Event, unless otherwise expressly provided for in the Agreement or in an individual confirmation from the Organizer on a durable medium.

§3. Services not included in the price / Additional costs (borne by the Participant)

1. Outside the price of the Event remains everything not indicated in §2 above, in particular:

A. fuel for vehicles;

B. supplies of water and food/snacks for the route;

C. repair, service, parts and towing/transport costs of the vehicle;

D. costs resulting from failure, damage, immobilization or loss of the Participant's vehicle;

E. costs of rescue, evacuation, medical transport, treatment or technical transport of the vehicle, if not covered by the Participant's individual policy or another service expressly indicated in §2;

F. tips;

G. meals not listed in the program, in particular: lunches, dinners and snacks;

H. drinks with meals;

I. personal expenses of the Participant;

J. additional services, e.g. massages;

K. alcohol;

L. souvenirs;

M. medicines;

N. entrance tickets, attractions and other optional fees;

O. costs of transporting the Participant and/or their vehicle to the final point of the expedition or to the airport in the event of shortening the Event, route change, early termination of participation or exclusion from driving;

P. additional insurance covering high-risk sports/extreme sports, motor sports and rescue operations in the field;

Q. supplement for a single room – determined individually;

R. rental of a vehicle or off-road equipment;

S. other costs not indicated in §2.

§4. Price, currency and exchange rates

1. The price of the Event is specified in EUR.

2. Payment in PLN is permitted only after prior notification of this intention to the Organizer before making the payment.

3. In the case of payment in PLN, the Organizer provides the Participant with the amount payable in PLN (calculated on the basis of the price in EUR).

4. The amount in PLN is determined by the Organizer by converting the price in EUR according to the NBP average exchange rate – Table A from the last business day preceding the day on which the Participant is provided with information about the amount payable in PLN.

5. A payment in PLN made without first obtaining from the Organizer the amount payable in PLN may result in an underpayment.

6. In the event of an underpayment, the Participant undertakes to settle it immediately, no later than within the period indicated in the Organizer's demand.

7. Public-law charges and supplier costs are settled according to the rates applicable on the date of charging.

8. The price of the Event depends on the type of vehicle:

A. QUAD DRIVER: 2950 EUR;

B. UTV/SSV DRIVER: 4500 EUR;

C. MOTORCYCLE DRIVER: 2650 EUR;

D. QUAD/UTV/SSV PASSENGER: 1400 EUR.

9. The above prices apply to the participation of 1 Participant in the Event and accommodation in a 2-person room, according to the selected option.

10. The supplement for a single room is determined individually.

11. The prices indicated in this paragraph do not include services not listed in §2, in particular vehicle rental, additional logistical services, supplement for a single room and other costs indicated in §3.

12. The Organizer reserves the right to periodically reduce the prices of the Event, introduce promotions, discounts, First Minute, Last Minute offers or other temporary pricing campaigns. The current price of the Event applicable at a given time results from the Organizer's current offer presented on the Event offer page and in the Organizer's booking form / booking system.

13. The binding price for a specific reservation is the price visible to the Participant in the booking form / booking system at the time of making the reservation and confirmed by the Organizer after the reservation is made. A later introduction of a promotion, discount, price reduction or the end of a promotion does not affect the price of an already made and confirmed reservation, unless the Organizer decides otherwise to the Participant's benefit.

14. Periodic price reductions, promotions and discounts may be limited in time, quantity, option or dependent on meeting additional conditions indicated in the Organizer's offer. Promotions do not combine with other promotions, discounts or individual arrangements, unless the Organizer expressly decides otherwise.

§5. Conclusion of the Agreement and payments

1. The reservation is made by completing the online form and paying an advance payment constituting 29.5% of the Event price, payable within 7 days from making the reservation.

2. The advance payment constitutes part of the Event price and is settled on the terms set out in the Agreement and the provisions of the Act on Tourist Events.

3. Failure to pay the advance payment within the above period results in automatic cancellation of the reservation, and the Agreement is deemed not concluded, without the need for any additional statements by the Organizer.

4. Payment of the remaining amount up to the full price shall be made no later than 25 days before the start of the Event.

5. Failure to pay the full price of the Event within the period indicated in paragraph 4 entitles the Organizer to terminate the Agreement due to the Participant's fault and cancel the reservation after a prior ineffective request to the Participant to pay within an additional period of not less than 3 days.

6. In such a case, the rules for settling cancellation costs set out in §11 shall apply.

7. In the case of a reservation made 30 days before the start of the Event or later, payment of the full (100%) Event price is required.

8. Payment may be made by bank transfer or payment card via the Stripe system.

9. The choice of vehicle type is made during the booking process.

10. A passenger can be added during the booking process on the website https://book.rally.travel/, in accordance with the Organizer's current offer.

§6. Participant's obligations (conditions of participation)

1. The Participant declares that they have sufficient off-road driving skills and all authorizations required to drive the vehicle in which they will participate in the Event, in accordance with the regulations applicable in the countries through which the Event route passes.

2. The Participant shall provide protective equipment at their own expense (helmet, goggles, gloves, armor, off-road clothing, appropriate footwear).

3. The Participant undertakes not to drive under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants; at the Organizer's request, they shall undergo a breathalyzer test.

4. The Participant shall ensure appropriate preparation and equipment of the vehicle and the gear necessary to participate in the Event, in particular:

A. EHIC card (European Health Insurance Card) – mandatory;

B. a fully technically sound vehicle, after inspection/service, with current and functional consumable parts;

C. fuel canister and vehicle operating range of at least 200 km;

D. spare wheel;

E. tire repair kit and basic tools, including wrenches necessary to replace the belt in the given vehicle;

F. basic spare service parts, including spare drive belts (for UTV/QUAD – if applicable);

G. ropes/straps for securing luggage;

H. fire extinguisher;

I. personal first aid kit, headlamp and multitool;

J. off-road clothing for changeable weather (temperatures from 10°C to 30°C): helmet, goggles, gloves, protectors, additional sweatshirt/fleece, rainproof and windproof layer, appropriate shoes;

K. Intercom - Not required, but significantly facilitates communication on the route;

L. GPS navigation (recommended devices: Garmin Montana or Tread, if possible with InReach location sharing) or alternatively a navigation application (e.g. OsmAnd);

M. backpack/cases for daily gear and запас of fluids;

N. запас of water and energy snacks for each day of driving;

O. towing rope.

5. The Participant is responsible for having valid travel documents, vehicle documents, required authorizations, insurance and equipment required by the regulations of the countries through which the Event route passes.

6. The Participant shall comply with local law, park and facility regulations, environmental protection rules and safety instructions.

7. The Participant bears full responsibility for damage caused to the natural environment, infrastructure or property of third parties as a result of the manner of driving the vehicle.

§7. Safety and exclusion from driving

1. The Organizer may exclude the Participant from driving (while retaining accommodation and transfer services) in the event of:

A. appearing for driving or driving a vehicle while intoxicated or after consuming alcohol;

B. appearing for driving or driving a vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, psychoactive substances or other substances reducing psychophysical fitness;

C. refusal to undergo a breathalyzer test or another test verifying sobriety/fitness, if the Organizer considers it justified by safety reasons;

D. lack of required protective equipment or refusal to use it, in particular: helmet, goggles and other protective measures indicated in the Agreement;

E. gross violation of local law, safety rules or instructions of the Organizer issued to ensure safety;

F. lack of minimum vehicle control skills in terrain, if in the Organizer's opinion this poses a real threat to the safety of the Participant or other persons.

2. Exclusion from driving for reasons attributable to the Participant or justified by safety reasons does not constitute grounds for demanding a refund of the price for unused drives/off-road sections, provided that the remaining services are performed or remain available to the Participant in accordance with the Agreement and the law.

3. The Organizer may order the interruption of driving, omission of a section of the route or termination of participation in the off-road drive if required by safety, terrain conditions or the technical condition of the vehicle.

4. Failure, damage or immobilization of the Participant's vehicle does not constitute grounds for demanding a refund of all or part of the Event price, provided that the Organizer performs the remaining services covered by the Agreement.

5. The Organizer is not obliged to provide a replacement vehicle, service, parts or technical transport, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

§8. Vehicle transport and logistics

1. Vehicle transport, if provided, may be carried out by third parties. The schedule of such services is indicative and may change.

2. The Participant, when using the additional transport service, delivers the vehicle to the loading location at the time indicated by the Organizer, prepares it in accordance with safety requirements and provides the necessary documents and information required for the transport to be carried out.

3. The Organizer, based on applicable legal provisions, the carrier's requirements, the insurer's requirements and formal and local requirements at the place where the transport is carried out, provides the Participant with information on the documents and data necessary for the transport of the vehicle (in particular concerning the vehicle and the Participant) and the deadline for their delivery.

4. The Participant undertakes to provide the indicated documents and information in the required form and within the required time. Failure to provide the required documents or late delivery may result in a delay or inability to carry out the vehicle transport, for which the Organizer shall not be liable if it results from circumstances attributable to the Participant.

5. Transport of undeclared or prohibited items is forbidden, in particular fuel in canisters, aerosols and loose batteries, unless their transport has been previously accepted and complies with the carrier's requirements and/or applicable regulations.

6. In the event of a change in formal requirements (e.g. a change in regulations or carrier requirements), the Organizer may update the list of documents, of which the Participant will be informed.

7. The Organizer is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during transport, in particular cash, documents, electronics, GPS devices, cameras and personal belongings.

§9. Changes to the program and route

1. Terrain and weather conditions, safety considerations, decisions of the authorities or circumstances beyond the Organizer's control may necessitate changes to the route, the order of program points, driving times or the standard of accommodation.

2. The map and tracks are for illustrative purposes. The final route may change.

3. There is no guarantee of passability of all sections or of a “constant pace” of driving.

4. Daily distances indicated in the offer materials are approximate.

5. The Organizer shall not be liable for non-performance or improper performance of services caused by force majeure, in particular natural disasters, fires, actions of authorities, border closures, armed conflicts, epidemics, strikes, infrastructure failures or sudden administrative prohibitions.

6. The above does not limit the Participant's rights under mandatory provisions of law, in particular in the event of a significant change to the main characteristics of the Event or its cancellation.

7. The Event program is a framework program and includes in particular:

I. Day 1 | Saturday 05.09.2026 – arrival of Participants in Thessaloniki, transfer to the Olympic Riviera, accommodation, organizational briefing, vehicle preparation and briefing on safety rules and the route;

II. Day 2 | Sunday 06.09.2026 – start of the off-road part of the expedition, drive from the Olympic Riviera towards Metsovo, through mountain and gravel sections of northern Greece, the areas of Pieria, Western Macedonia, Lake Polyfytos and the Grevena region; approximate distance approx. 230 km;

III. Day 3 | Monday 07.09.2026 – drive from Metsovo to Lefkada through the Epirus region, in particular the areas of North Tzoumerka and Central Tzoumerka, mountain roads, valleys, stone villages and the areas of Arta, Amfilochia and Vonitsa; approximate distance approx. 280 km;

IV. Day 4 | Tuesday 08.09.2026 – free day on Lefkada or, for those interested, a local drive around the island including mountain roads, viewpoints, stone villages, olive groves and sections leading towards the cliffs and the coast; approximate distance of the optional route approx. 100–150 km;

V. Day 5 | Wednesday 09.09.2026 – drive from Lefkada towards Meteora, through Acarnania, the area around Amfilochia, the valleys of western Greece, the regions of Argithea and Agrafa and mountain sections of the interior; approximate distance approx. 290 km;

VI. Day 6 | Thursday 10.09.2026 – drive from the area of Meteora / Kastraki towards Platamonas, through the areas of Trikala, Elassona, Tempi and Kato Olympos, ending by the Aegean Sea in the Platamonas area; approximate distance approx. 180 km;

VII. Day 7 | Friday 11.09.2026 – final stage of the expedition including a drive from Platamonas towards the Mount Olympus massif, through mountain roads, forests, rocky slopes and scenic sections. After the Olympic accent, the route continues towards the Olympic Riviera, where the off-road part of the expedition ends; approximate distance approx. 180 km;

VIII. Day 8 | Saturday 12.09.2026 – end of the Event, packing of equipment, transfer to Thessaloniki airport and departure to Poland.

§10. Insurance and assistance

1. The Organizer provides basic KL and NNW insurance of a basic (tourist) nature. This insurance does not cover risks associated with amateur or professional practice of high-risk sports and extreme sports, including in particular: off-road driving (UTV, SSV, quad, Moto), motor sports, snowmobile expeditions, or the costs of rescue and search operations in difficult terrain.

2. The Participant is obliged to independently purchase additional insurance policy extended to cover risks associated with the nature of the Event, in particular off-road driving, high-risk sports, extreme sports, motor sports, rescue costs, medical transport and treatment in difficult terrain.

3. In the absence of such a policy, the Participant acknowledges that all rescue, medical transport and treatment costs resulting from the practice of high-risk sports shall be borne by them directly and in full.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participant's extended policy before the start of the Event.

5. The Organizer may enable the Participant to use a partner offer to extend insurance, however the conclusion of such an agreement takes place separately.

6. The Organizer shall provide appropriate assistance to the Participant who finds themselves in a difficult situation, within the limits of actual possibilities.

§11. Price change, minimum group, cancellations and transfers

1. Price changes are possible only due to: fuel/transport energy costs, taxes/fees, exchange rates – and no later than 20 days before the start of the Event.

2. In the event of a price change, the Organizer will inform the Participant on a durable medium together with justification. The Participant is entitled to the rights provided for in the Act on Tourist Events.

3. Minimum number of participants: 10 persons and 10 vehicles. If the threshold is not met, the Organizer may cancel the Event, informing the Participant sufficiently in advance in accordance with the Act.

4. The Participant may cancel participation in the Event before its start at any time, subject to the obligation to pay a reasonable cancellation fee corresponding to the expected costs incurred by the Organizer:

A. 60 days or more before the start of the Event – 15% of the Event price;

B. from 59 to 35 days before the start of the Event – 35% of the Event price;

C. from 34 to 21 days before the start of the Event – 65% of the Event price;

D. from 20 to 8 days before the start of the Event – 85% of the Event price;

E. 7 days or less before the start of the Event – 100% of the Event price.

5. Deductions correspond to the expected costs incurred by the Organizer in connection with the preparation and implementation of the Event; at the Participant's request, the Organizer shall provide justification for the calculation of the deduction to the extent required by law.

6. Transfer of the reservation to another person: no later than 7 days before the start; the Participant and the transferee are jointly and severally liable for the price and justified transfer costs.

§12. Complaints and remedying non-conformities

1. The Participant shall immediately report any non-conformities found to the caretaker and by e-mail to office@rally.travel.

2. Complaints are considered promptly, no later than within 30 calendar days from their delivery on a durable medium.

§13. Personal data and image

1. The controller of the participant's personal data is the Organizer; the data are processed for the purpose of performing the Agreement and the Organizer's legally justified interests.

2. The Participant consents to the recording and use of their image and the image of the vehicle in multimedia materials created during the event (websites, social media, promotional materials), territory: worldwide; time: 5 years.

3. The consent may be withdrawn by e-mail to: office@rally.travel stating the name of the event.

4. Consent to the use of image for marketing purposes is voluntary and does not constitute a condition of participation in the Event; lack of consent/withdrawal of consent does not affect the possibility of performing the Agreement.

§14. Governing law and court

1. Polish law shall apply. Disputes shall be resolved by the ordinary courts competent under the provisions of law, with respect for mandatory consumer protection.

PARTICIPANT'S DECLARATION

By accepting this agreement during online booking, the Participant confirms that:

1. They have read all provisions of the Agreement and fully understand them.

2. They accept the nature of the event and the risks associated with it.

3. They have the required experience and off-road driving skills.

4. They undertake to comply with all provisions of the Agreement.
