Frequently asked questions
Yes. Participants need a vehicle suitable for the trip, such as a quad, UTV/SSV, motorcycle or car. If you do not have your own vehicle, we can recommend trusted rental partners on request. Some trips may also offer rental options on site.
The voucher applies to the services included in the specific trip it is used for. The exact scope is always described on the individual trip page.
If the trip price is higher than the voucher value, the difference is paid during booking.
No. The voucher is single-use and must be used in full for one booking. Any unused amount does not carry over to future orders.
No. One voucher or one promo code can be used per order. The exception is a trip price that has already been reduced directly on the organizer’s website.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The exact expiry date is included in the voucher e-mail.
Yes, but only in justified exceptional cases, such as illness or other unexpected events. Each case is reviewed individually.
Yes. The voucher includes:
- the recipient’s name,
- the sender’s name,
- the trip category for which it can be used.
No. Previous experience is not required. For people without prior experience, we recommend starting with trips in Poland to build confidence safely.
No. A PLN voucher can be used only for trips in Poland. An EUR voucher applies to international trips.
No. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. It is intended for Rally Travel services in line with the voucher terms.
The voucher is delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided during purchase, which also makes it suitable as a last-minute gift.
